Plane ride

We took a last minute trip to California courtesy of Papa. It was amazing but I was super nervous about the plane ride. Two kids on an airplane across the country. Anyone would be nervous. My kids I am happy to report were perfect little angels!

Seems like every Sunday Ella is following Cash and I into the nursing lounge. Cash is such a happy little guy after he eats so I always snap a quick picture. Our Sunday mothers lounge pics are some of my very favorites!

4 months

No words

Elliott works the night shift and so I am up with Ella before he wakes up in the mornings. I often leave Cash in the bed with him if he is still sleeping. Yesterday when I walked back in the bedroom to make sure Cash was still asleep and not waking up Daddy, this is what I saw...

No words can describe how seeing this makes me feel. The way Elliott loves our children is beyond what I could ever explain. My heart swells with gratitude for this man. He is an amazing Dad. :)

We have a School Girl!

Today we got to take Ella to her preschool to meet her teacher Mrs.Wittle and check out the classroom and other rooms a the preschool. She LOVED every second of it. Elliott and I were so very proud of her. :)

First Primary Program

Ella participated in her first Primary Program in Sacrament Meeting. She was adorable! The whole program was about choosing the right. Each child got to share about a time when they were able to choose the right. She had a little speaking part:

"When Mommy and Daddy ask me to go to bed, I am mad. But I listen to them because I have to make good choices. When I wake up I am happy and we have a fun day."

She picked out her clothes for the day too. She decided at the last minute that she wanted us to wear matching necklaces. It was sweet.

Million Dollar Smile

Hard not to smile when you are hanging out with this kid all day. Seriously a smile is always colse by.

3 months old!!!

Where did my little curled up ball of a newborn go?????

Cash now weighs 14lb 5oz!!!

Ella at his age weighed 10lbs. 6 oz.

They are so different in that way but so similar in other ways.

Cash is and Ella was the happiest baby around. Always smiling and laughing and happy.

We love you baby Cash!!!

Our Summer Adventure

Having baby Cash join our family was the highlight of our summer for sure. He is getting so big so fast. Ella has been wanting to do some fun summertime activities like we did last year. My sister invited us down to join her at the Leesburg water park. Ella loved it as usual and really loved having her baby brother there with her.

Little Mommy

Ella is a HUGE help with Baby Cash. Always willing to help with baths, diaper changes, binky fetching and anything else I am in need of. Recently I let her hold him while standing up for the first time. I think they both did really well. So proud of my little Mommy.

Computer Library

Ella, Cash and I have soldiered out to the amazing Manhiem Township Library the past two weeks. Ella calls it the "computer library". It is so kid friendly and Ella LOVES it. We literally spent over two hours there both times. Ella would stay forever if I would let her. My favorite part is the air condition!! :)
